Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service department, coordinating scheduling, workflow, and guest interactions to ensure timely, quality work. This role supports tire and service sales and requires strong leadership to train staff and maintain safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have automotive service management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling associates, service appointments, and workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction as the liaison between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Communicate warranties, promotions, and advertisements clearly to guests.
• Use provided tools to make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive service sales experience
