Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a Service Manager for a high-energy concept in Boston, MA. This role leads from the floor in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven restaurant group with bold Asian-inspired flavors and vibrant atmosphere.

You’ll train and coach FOH staff, drive guest experiences, and ensure top-notch operations, cleanliness, and safety while managing labor and daily performance. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Thrives in fast-paced, energetic concepts.
• Excellent guest interaction and hospitality mindset.
• Organized, adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing
