Job summary

Arcot Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of field service technicians delivering service for commercial dish machines and chemical dispensers. The role requires travel primarily within Texas and occasionally to neighboring states.

You will manage and mentor technicians, elevate service levels, and optimize route efficiency while providing ongoing training. This full-time position offers long-term growth within a well-established cleaning chemicals manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of service experience.
• Technical knowledge of commercial dish machines is an asset.
• Must have electrical, mechanical and plumbing knowledge.
• Team oriented; strong English grammar, math and computer skills.
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
