Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins, is seeking an Area Manager to lead commercial pest management for food industry clients. You will manage accounts, determine pest issues, develop solutions, and maintain client relationships with professional service and precise documentation.

You will be a problem solver using training to determine the best pest solution for each customer, while coordinating area operations and mentoring staff.

• Maintain high customer retention rates and trust by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner


• Serve as a problem solver for your customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs


• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and as a team and be self-motivated


• Resolve personnel conflicts as they arise; train and develop personnel

• Coordinate and implement the policies and procedures for area operation and personnel; evaluate efficiency of operations


• Maintain accuracy of the customer log books


• Meet or exceed goals as determined in conjunction with the Territory Manager

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
