Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at Arnada Pointe in Vancouver, WA. You will ensure facilities meet company standards and comply with applicable laws, while supervising a maintenance team and coordinating preventive work.

The role requires knowledge of property repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

Your Day-to‑day May Include

• Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
• Coordinate the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the property
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance
• Train and coach all maintenance team members

Requirements

• Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
• Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines
• Knowledge of general property repairs, which may include, as applicable, the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances

The expected compensation range for this position is $30.00 – $32.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
