NFI Industries is seeking a Service Manager to oversee our Terrell, TX maintenance facility. You will supervise technicians, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance while controlling costs.
The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to make fact-based repair decisions. You will coordinate vendor repairs, inventory, and safety meetings, reporting to a Regional Service Manager.
The Service Manager will oversee the maintenance facility to include building and grounds. Responsibilities include maintaining a preventive maintenance program, supervising, coordinating, and negotiating facility repairs while having the ability to make fact, cost‑based repair decisions. The role requires thorough knowledge of mechanical repair, supervision experience, and mechanic productivity. Knowledge of computers, cost analysis, evaluating facility P & L performance, reviewing and managing vendor repair estimates, inventory, DOT compliance, OSHA compliance, and conducting Safety meetings is essential. Conduct departmental evaluations. This position reports to a Regional Service Manager.
