Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. This role focuses on leading teams, optimizing service standards, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

The ideal candidate will drive sales, coach staff, and enforce policies while upholding our core values and delivering consistent guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Driving sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing Front of House training or directing it.
• Managing Front of House performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees with daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work with hours, schedules, and task assignments before, during, and after open hours.
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values, contests, and incentives.
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures.

Pay

$62,500.00 - $70,000.00 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and make sure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. As a Service Manager Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
• Providing or directing all Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
