Job summary

Discount Tire & Service Centers in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA seeks an enthusiastic Automotive Service Manager capable of quickly advancing to Store Manager. You will lead tire and automotive service sales with a focus on outstanding customer satisfaction.

The role includes informing customers about inspection options and results, and upselling tires, services, and manufacturers’ scheduled maintenance. A strong leader with team spirit is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience selling tires and automotive service.
• Experience managing a crew of 6–9 people to meet sales and profit goals.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent customer experience.
• Basic understanding of business management.
• Ability to lead, work in a team, and be flexible.
• Valid and current driver's license.
• May require passing a drug screen.
• Availability for a 5‑day work week including weekends.
• ASE or automotive experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred.

A local family owned business for over 45 years is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced Automotive Service manager who can quickly advance to the Store manager level.

Excellent people skills and customer service are the key to success in this position.

The Service Manager / Manager in Training is responsible for selling tires and automotive service while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for informing customers about our inspection and diagnostic options, informing them of the inspection results, and up selling tires, service, and manufacturers scheduled maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in selling tires and automotive service.
• Experience successfully managing a crew of 6 to 9 people to exceed sales and profit objectives.
• Major focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Basic understanding of business management
• Team oriented, flexible, and leadership skills
• Valid and current Driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Available to work a 5 day work week that include Saturday and Sunday
• ASE or Automotive experience is a plus
• College degree preferred
