Qualifications

• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Monitor and control the performance of the department using reporting systems.
• Monitor technicians’ daily productivity reports and payroll records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Recruitment support with vocational and technical schools.
• Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
• Ensure 72-hour follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain reporting systems required by management and corporate.

The Service Manager directs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of service records.
