Job description

Position Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring an exceptional, refined dining experience for every guest. This role requires a leader with fine dining service experience, a strong background in staff training and development, and a deep understanding of hospitality standards. Hotel or luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise front-of-house service staff, ensuring consistent execution of fine dining service standards
  • Deliver and maintain an elevated guest experience, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Design, implement, and conduct ongoing service training programs, including onboarding, service standards, and guest engagement
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, wine and beverage programs, and service sequences
  • Collaborate closely with Executive Chef, Sommelier, and Management team to ensure seamless service operations
  • Oversee reservations, floor plans, pacing, and staffing levels to optimize guest flow and service quality
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Model exemplary hospitality, appearance, and service etiquette at all times
  • Assist with performance evaluations, scheduling, and team development
  • Support special events, private dining, and VIP guest experiences
