Job summary

Gallo Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our expanding team of HVAC and plumbing technicians. This field-based leadership role requires on-site presence to oversee work quality, guide technician performance, and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HVAC/Plumbing service or related trades.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC and plumbing principles.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead a diverse team.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular on-site presence to oversee work quality, guide technician performance, and ensure adherence to company and customer standards. The Service Manager serves as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and suppliers, representing Gallo Mechanical Services with professionalism and ensuring clear, accurate communication throughout each engagement. This role plays a key part in sustaining customer satisfaction and supporting continued growth within the branch.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians
