Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Service Manager to oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience. You will assist in managing shift operations and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping to create legendary experiences for guests.

This role emphasizes people development, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and strong knowledge of labor laws. If you love training your team and delivering consistent service, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
