Buffalo Wild Wings in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Service Manager to oversee takeout operations and guest entry experiences. You will assist in supervising shift operations and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, delivering legendary experiences for guests.

The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of service, labor law compliance, safety, and continuous team development in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
