Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team and drive overall performance. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, leadership to ensure a safe working environment, and resolving customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.

The role includes training a team on effective sales techniques, managing budgets, and supporting reports on-site with occasional customer visits to ensure world-class service and goodwill.

Qualifications

• Management experience is preferred and essential for leading a service team.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer-facing Service team and drive performance.
• Resolve customer-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage a budget and operational issues.
• Provide hands-on support to reports, including field visits when necessary.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

Skills/Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
