Job summary

Morgan Engineering Systems Inc is seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to assemble, install, wire, and commission overhead cranes at customer sites across the United States. Expect 75–90% travel, field-based work, and a focus on preventative maintenance and safety inspections.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in crane service, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision tools. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of crane service, maintenance, or related field.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments (e.g., micrometers).
• Basic organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel 75–90% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities
