Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager in Bridgeton, Missouri to lead daily operations and coordinate service activities with customers.

This role offers growth opportunities within a long-standing tire service company and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. The position emphasizes hands-on shop support, inventory management, and staff development to ensure timely, quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file.
• Preferred: Experience in management and sales.
• Strongly preferred: Previous experience in the tire industry.
• Ability to read and verify work order details accurately.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency
• Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels
• Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels
• Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments
• Ensure service employees receive proper training and development
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
