Job summary

Morgan Engineering Systems Inc is seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to join our team. This role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining Morgan’s overhead cranes at customer sites across the United States.

You’ll be part of a team that ensures innovation comes standard with every order. Join Morgan in fulfilling our vision and lead field service activities including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in crane service, maintenance, or related field.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 75–90% with overnight stays.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, wire, and commission Morgan industrial overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including AC and DC electrical components.
• Work in field-based environments including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Safely operate at heights and heavy equipment in varying weather conditions.

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including AC and DC electrical components.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be 21 years or older.
