Rabalais Constructors, LLC in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an I&E Project Manager to plan, execute, and close technical IT/engineering projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure scope, schedule, and quality goals are met, reporting to the VP.

This role requires 3+ years in project management, knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira), and willingness to travel. Flexible hours and dependable performance are valued in a fast-paced construction environment.

Rabalais Constructors is seeking a Project Manager in the Corpus Christi, Texas.An I&E Project Manager plans, executes, and closes technical projects—such as IT infrastructure, engineering systems, or integrated solutions—ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for IT, engineering, or hybrid projects.
Allocate and manage budgets, personnel, and technical resources; monitor costs and adjust allocations as needed

As an I&E Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated IT and engineering initiatives, including network upgrades, software implementations, and system integrations. You will develop project plans, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. You will report directly to the VP and work closely with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge Understanding of IT systems, engineering processes, and integration projects
Project Management Expertise Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Leadership & Communication Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Experience Typically 3+ years in project management, with prior IT/engineering project leadership
ABILITY TO TRAVEL.

Physical Demands

Conditions include working in office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property. Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment.
