Job summary

Circle K in Batesburg-Leesville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and to support site cleanliness and interior repairs.

You will troubleshoot store equipment, manage stock parts, and participate in training for new equipment while coordinating with vendors. The role requires physical ability and driving to multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in the General Maintenance field preferred; HVAC/R, Electrical, and/or Plumbing experience a plus.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, able to use power and hand tools, required crouching and/or crawling, able to use a ladder, and must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and ability to work independently.
• Requires driving a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division which include but are not limited to the geographic areas listed above.

• Maintains store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Facilitates repairs by keeping an organized vehicle and maintaining adequate quantities of stock parts thru in-house ordering and contacting service vendors for supplies and materials.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
