The Service Valet/Porter is the first point of contact for arriving service customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, checking them in for their appointments, and moving customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop.

  1. Greet customers promptly and friendly, obtaining vehicle information when possible
  2. Assist Service Advisors and maintain organization in the service drive
  3. Move customer vehicles safely following dealership procedures
  4. Retain keys securely according to departmental safeguards
  5. Promote effective relationships with colleagues and departments
  6. Adhere to dealership procedures for vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits
  7. Assist dealership personnel as needed for smooth operations
  8. Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to operate manual transmission (highly preferred)
  2. Minimum age of 18 years
  3. Valid driver's license
  4. Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
