Job Summary

As a Service Lot Attendant at Mercedes Benz of Tampa, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for energetic, people-focused team members who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, obtaining vehicle information when possible.
  • Assist Service Advisors in helping customers and maintaining organization in the service drive.
  • Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop following safety procedures.
  • Retain keys securely according to departmental procedures.
  • Promote effective working relationships with colleagues and departments.
  • Follow dealership procedures for vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Assist dealership personnel as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
