Olympia Kia in Olympia, WA is seeking a dependable Sales Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle inventory appearance and lot organization. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, staying active, and a fast-paced dealership environment.

You’ll support the sales team by parking, staging vehicles, receiving shipments, and ensuring all cars are clean, fueled, and ready for customer viewings.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom.
• Park, move, and arrange vehicles to ensure an attractive and efficient display.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting new vehicle shipments.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged for customer viewings and test drives.
• Install dealer tags and assist with vehicle merchandising.
• Monitor lot inventory and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle retrievals and customer deliveries.
• Keep the lot free of debris and maintain a safe, professional environment.
