Job summary

Mossy Nissan Oceanside/Infiniti of Oceanside is seeking a Lot Attendant/Porter to move and park client vehicles and support service operations. The role focuses on smooth traffic flow and customer convenience, with duties ranging from vehicle movement to service-drive assistance.

The position entails greeting customers, maintaining a clean service drive, and assisting service advisors to ensure timely delivery and a positive service experience.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves the customers' vehicles as notified by Management.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and the parking lot as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Assists Service Advisors with customer-related needs and provides support to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Greets customers promptly and courteously upon arrival to the service department.
• Welcomes and assists customers on the service drive, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Washes, dries, and prepares customer vehicles for delivery following service completion.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and professional service drive and customer waiting areas.
• Communicates effectively with customers and team members to help resolve questions or concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage at the applicable minimum wage rate up to $22.00 per hour.
