Smiths Detection is seeking a Service Logistics Coordinator in Atlanta to manage shipping/receiving, parts tracking, and documentation. You will verify shipments, support peers, and ensure timely fulfillment of parts while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork.
The role requires 2–3 years in parts/logistics, proficiency with SAP, and the ability to travel as needed. A high school diploma is required, with preferred associates/trade certs.

As a Service Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of logistics and material handling tasks, including shipping and receiving, scrap removal, recycling, tracking and delivering parts, scheduling pickups, and completing shipping documentation. You will verify incoming shipments against packing slips and confirm orders in ServiceMax. A key part of this role involves supporting your team by actively sharing information and assisting peers when needed.

Required/Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred education Associate's Degree/Related Trade Certification (Equivalence achieved through comparative work and life experience of 2-3 years is acceptable
Years of Experience: 2-3
Education Level: High school Diploma or GED required
Additional Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience directly involved with organizing and accounting for parts, shipments. While supervision is not considered a primary responsibility of this position, there may be instances where supervision of others on a project basis may be required.

The total compensation for this position ranges from $47,700.00 - $111,300.00/yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities of the applicant and the alignment with the internal team & market data).
