Job summary

Classic Hyundai of Hampton in Hampton, VA is seeking a Service Lane Porter to support the service drive and frontline guest experience. The role involves greeting clients, assisting check-in with lane technology, and moving vehicles between service, detailing, and other lots.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining the driveway and sidewalks, and performing other duties as assigned to keep the service area clean and efficient.

Qualifications

• Greet service clients as they enter the service drive and assist with the check-in process.
• Park vehicles entering service and retrieve vehicles for guests when requested.
• Maintain clean driveways, parking areas, and sidewalks; remove snow or debris as needed.
• Assist with moving vehicles to and from service, detail, and other lots.

Responsibilities

• Greet service client as they enter the service drive.
• Assist service advisors with the client check-in process including gathering vehicle information with our service lane technology.
• Park vehicles entering service, and retrieve vehicles for our returning guest when asked.
• Cleans driveway, parking, and sidewalks, removing snow and other debris as necessary.
• Drives vehicles to and from service, detail, and other lots as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
