Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Service Electrician to diagnose and repair complex electrical systems for commercial customers. You will be the technical expert to minimize downtime, operate a bucket truck, and provide real-time updates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical hero who swiftly diagnoses and resolves complex equipment challenges, including skillfully operating and maneuvering a bucket truck, delivering immediate solutions that minimize downtime and drive customer success
• Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses
• Be a critical first responder for emergency service calls, demonstrating your expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems and maintaining real-time communication to ensure swift and effective problem resolution
• Proactively guide customers through best practices in preventive maintenance and safety compliance, serving as a trusted advisor both in-person and over the phone

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:

• The Service Electrician is a highly skilled professional who masterfully navigates complex electrical challenges in dynamic commercial settings. You'll leverage your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions, optimize system performance, and create outstanding customer experiences through precise, timely interventions.

WE OFFER

• Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Normal working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:00PM. This position may offer or require overtime, weekend, night or holiday work.
