Job summary

The Armstrong Group is seeking a Lead Commercial Installer in Charlotte, NC to oversee installation of security systems including intrusion, fire, video surveillance and access control. You will read blueprints, install cabling and field devices, and coordinate with the team to meet schedule and budget.

You will mentor junior installers, ensure safety protocols, and train owners/end users in system operation. This full-time role offers company van, benefits from day one, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial security installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to obtain NICET certification(s) as required.
• Possess or be able to obtain fire alarm technician licenses for Ohio and West Virginia.
