Position Title: Service Insights Coordinator
Department: Community Impact
FLSA Status: Full Time Hourly/Non-Exempt
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week/Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Includes 30-minute unpaid meal break). This schedule may vary and include nights and weekends, depending on distribution and hours of partner agencies.

This role ensures data integrity, generates actionable reports for strategic decision-making, and acts as a liaison to enhance system functionality. The position requires system management experience, analytical skills, and a commitment to fostering collaboration and respect within the community.
