Job summary

Sunset Automotive Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Service Greeter / Driver / Porter for Audi Sarasota. You will be the friendly first face for service guests and support the service team throughout the day.

The role is front‑line, with daytime hours, Monday–Friday, and Saturday shifts. Compensation ranges from $16–$18 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), life and disability insurance, PTO after 6 months, holidays, uniforms, and dealership

Qualifications

• Front‑line customer service experience is expected.
• Ability to stay active on feet and around vehicles during shifts.
• Must have valid driver's license and verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and ensure they feel welcome
• Direct customers to the appropriate advisor or waiting area
• Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks, including protective covers and vehicle tags
• Move and stage vehicles for service appointments
• Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized service drive and customer areas
• Provide customer transportation when needed
• Step in wherever necessary to help the department run smoothly

Audi Sarasota is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused, and hardworking individual to join our Service Team as a Service Greeter / Driver / Porter.

About the Role

This is a front‑line, customer service position that plays a key role in creating a positive experience for our service guests. You will be the first friendly face our customers see when they arrive and an essential support to our service department throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and ensure they feel welcome
• Direct customers to the appropriate advisor or waiting area
• Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks, including protective covers and vehicle tags
• Move and stage vehicles for service appointments
• Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed

Schedule

• Full‑time, daytime hours
• Monday–Friday: 7:30am–6:00pm (shifts scheduled within these hours)
• Saturday: 8:00am–4:00pm
• Closed Sundays
