Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Service Greeter to be the first contact for customers in the service lane. You will greet guests, provide an inviting and professional experience, and support our service process as vehicles come in for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly and outgoing demeanor for guest interactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Bi-lingual is a plus and helpful in serving a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive for service and confirm their needs.
• Assist and guide customers through the service intake process.
• Move vehicles from the service drive to appropriate bays when needed.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-desk presence and support staff as needed.
• Verify driver's license and ensure check-in accuracy.

Our Service Greeters ensure and are responsible for providing an inviting and professional experience to the guests who bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities suited to customer service
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, bi-lingual is a plus.
• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Move the customer's vehicle from the service drive
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
