Job summary

Bergey’s Chevrolet in Colmar, PA is seeking a valet/service drive attendant to greet customers, direct them to the right person, and manage vehicle flow in the service area.

The role includes recording vehicle details, tagging keys, and assisting with vehicle movement and shop cleanliness. Open to full-time or part-time applicants; pre-employment background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Directs incoming traffic entering valet lane and greets customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Directs customers to the appropriate person or location and notes appointment presence.
• Records customer vehicle mileage, inspection sticker expiration date, and tire tread depth measurements.
• Tags keys and places hang tags inside vehicles for identification.
• Retrieves night drop envelopes and prepares vehicles for pickup or delivery.
• Parks incoming and retrieve departing vehicles from the service lot; shuttles clients as needed.
• Maintains shop and service drive area cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintains professional appearance and supports other tasks as assigned.

Shift- Full Time or Part Time Available

Summary: Ensure customer’s receive excellent service

• Directs incoming traffic entering valet lane.
• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• 
  Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer vehicle mileage, Inspection sticker expiration date, and tire tread depth measurements.
• 
  Tags keys and places a hang tag inside vehicle for identification purposes.
  Installs protective covers on driver seat and steering wheel, along with a protective floor mat.
• 
  Retrieving all night drop envelopes, tagging and moving vehicles.
• 
  Parking all incoming and retrieving all departing vehicles from the service lot.
  Shuttling clients, picking up and delivering vehicles.
• 
  Assisting with shop and office cleanliness and upkeep (sweeping, trash, wiping surfaces)
• 
  Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow etc.
• 
  Maintains a professional appearance.
• 
  Other tasks as assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
