Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Pilot Point, TX, is seeking a dependable automotive glass technician to remove, install, and replace windshields and other automotive glass across our dealership's inventory.

You will properly prepare surfaces, apply primers and urethane, inspect installations for fit and seals, safely handle moldings and cameras, and coordinate ADAS calibration when required. A valid driver's license and a punctual, multi-job capable work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Automotive glass installation experience required.
• Knowledge of windshield removal and urethane systems.
• Familiarity with modern vehicles equipped with cameras, rain sensors, lane-assist systems, and other windshield-mounted technology.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace windshields, door glass, back glass, and other automotive glass.

• Inspect completed installations for proper fit, sealing, leaks, wind noise, and overall quality.

• Identify vehicles requiring ADAS/camera calibration following windshield replacement and coordinate calibration with dealership personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures at all times.
