Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience
• Strong leak diagnosis and repair skills
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and other commercial roofing systems
• Ability to perform service work independently
• Experience leading a small service crew preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable with on-call and emergency service work
• Strong safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Lead a small service crew on commercial roofing projects
• Perform roof inspections, leak diagnostics, and repairs
• Provide hands-on field leadership in Cincinnati Service Division

About the Position

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman for our Cincinnati Service Division. This is a hands-on field position leading a small service crew while performing commercial roof inspections, leak diagnostics, and repairs.

This is not a production-only role and is not a training position .

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of commercial roofing service experience

Strong leak diagnosis and repair skills

Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and other commercial roofing systems

Ability to perform service work independently

Experience leading a small service crew preferred

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Comfortable with on-call and emergency service work

Strong safety awareness
