Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM, part of VIP Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Service BDC Representative to greet customers, handle calls, schedule service, and process repair orders. The role combines clerical tasks with frontline customer service in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette with a customer-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn a dealership management system (DMS).
• Previous experience in automotive service or a dealership BDC is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers professionally as they arrive in the service department.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service inquiries.
• Schedule automotive service appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Generate repair orders and accurately enter customer and vehicle information.
• Close service invoices and assist with repair order processing.
• Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and other service documents.
• Identify missing paperwork and notify the appropriate personnel.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the service and parts departments.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Stay informed about dealership services, maintenance offerings, products and pricing updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
