You will manage multiple projects, interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensure documentation and schedules are maintained. The role demands hands-on work, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/controls engineering or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and delivering control systems for security applications.
• Strong documentation and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and software system design on standard projects.
• Create and manage project scheduling.
• Direct customer, subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects.
• Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
• Perform training on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Maintain positive budgets on assigned projects.
• Ensure work aligns with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Occasionally perform field presence during implementation.
