Southern Home Services, a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company, is seeking a Service Electrician to join our growing team. You will diagnose, install, and repair electrical systems in residential settings, ensuring safety and code compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires a Master Electrician license for Kansas, residential electrical experience, and generator experience.

Qualifications

• Master Electrician license for Kansas is required.
• Master Electrician license for Missouri is preferred.
• Residential electrical experience.
• Generator experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including wiring, outlets, switches, and breakers.
• Explain problems and solutions to homeowners clearly and professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Handle physical demands and use hand tools safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
