• Must have Journeyman or Master Electrical License.
• 3–5 years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Adaptable, flexible and a collaborative team player.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems; perform repairs to restore functionality.
• Install, repair and maintain wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Explain problems and options clearly to homeowners and provide recommendations.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting, ladders, attics, and crawlspaces safely.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
