Job summary

Rogers Electric in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a talented Service Electrician with 5+ years of service/maintenance experience to join our team. You will perform electrical tasks, read blueprints, and support upgrades for retail clients.

We offer competitive weekly pay with a $4/hour night shift differential, paid travel, hotel, per diem, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and holidays. Travel and overtime are required at times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service/maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders
• Good computer skills
• Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
• Adherence to safety rules and use of PPE

We're searching for a talented and driven Service Electrician to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage the completion of various electrical tasks


• Troubleshooting electrical issues


• Electrical break and repair


• Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices


• Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting


• Manage service upgrades for our new and existing retail clients


• Interact with store/facilities managers and maintenance department personnel

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 5+ years previous service/maintenance experience
