Job summary

NuBlue Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Electrician to join our Fayetteville team. You’ll perform residential service work, troubleshoot issues, and discuss options with homeowners to ensure safe, reliable solutions.

With a focus on mentorship, you’ll train junior electricians while maintaining accurate records and adhering to NEC codes. A company vehicle and ongoing training are provided in a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service and troubleshooting with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, safety concerns, and service options.
• Complete a wide range of service work — panel upgrades, outlet installs, lighting, EV chargers, generator wiring, etc.
• Train and support junior electricians and helpers in the field.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate project status with dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards and local codes.

What You’ll Do
