Apex Pros Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air is seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join our Dayton area team. This full-time onsite role emphasizes craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and professional excellence, with no on-call requirements.

You will install and repair residential electrical systems, read blueprints, and troubleshoot while maintaining a safe, clean job site and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Residential electrician with strong knowledge of home electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-starter with ability to manage own schedule and workload.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems per code and safety standards.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and provide cost-effective solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems in accordance with local codes and safety standards
• Perform inspections and troubleshooting, identifying issues and providing efficient, cost-effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and contractors to ensure project expectations are met
• Manage daily service calls independently while also contributing to a team-focused work culture
• Ensure a clean, professional job site and a respectful customer experience every time

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Deep understanding of residential electrical systems, components, and safety protocols
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule and workflow
