Ferman Motor Car Company INC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Service Porter to support daily operations in the dealership's service department. You will move, park, and prepare guest and dealership vehicles, helping ensure smooth traffic flow and a clean service drive.

This role emphasizes safety, organization, and customer service. On-the-job training is provided; high school diploma preferred; valid driver's license required; prior porter or valet experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Move and park guest and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service department and dealership property.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service drive, parking areas, and service lanes.
• Assist with vehicle check-in, delivery preparation, and customer vehicle retrieval.
• Wash or perform light cleaning of vehicles as needed.
• Monitor vehicle inventory locations and assist with vehicle staging.
• Assist Service Advisors and technicians with operational support tasks.
• Ensure vehicles are locked, secured, and handled according to dealership procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report concerns to management.
• Keep dealership grounds and service areas clean and presentable.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic guidelines.
• Support additional service department tasks as assigned.
