Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturers Certification for the job described (if applicable).
• Engage with PMG training platform(s) as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Move and park service vehicles in designated areas.
• Tag service vehicles to ensure correct vehicle tagging and avoid duplicates.
• Greet customers professionally as they approach the service drive area.
• Valet vehicles for customers when needed.
• Assist with cleaning vehicles or snow removal upon request.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking lots.
• Keep service vehicles organized and parked in assigned zones.
• Create key tags for service vehicles.
• Ensure floor coverings are properly installed before service.
• Maintain service drive area by sweeping, blowing leaves, salting, and emptying trash.
• Provide superior customer service and strive for repeat business.
• Collaborate with customers, teams, and departments with a positive attitude.
• Be punctual and adhere to the dress code.
