Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally at the service drive.
• Assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, including valet services as needed.
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership and designated parking areas.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service drive, service stalls, parking lots, and other designated areas as needed.
• Properly tag and identify customer vehicles to ensure accurate vehicle tracking and prevent duplicate tags.
• Retrieve customer vehicles promptly when service is complete or when requested by the service team.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and the service parking area remains organized.
• Create and maintain key tags for service vehicles.
• Maintain service drive and parking areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance and general operations as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work cooperatively with the service department, sales team, and other dealership personnel.
