Job summary

Chesrown Chevrolet GMC is seeking a Service Drive Valet to maintain the service department lot, prep vehicles, and ensure safe handling of customer cars. You will work closely with Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, and staff to keep a clean, organized lot and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include removing coverings, inspecting vehicles, cleaning interiors/exteriors, transporting cars, and assisting with shop tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to operate vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Capability to pass pre-employment screening including background check, MVR, drug test, and credit report.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and contribute to the team in alignment with the company's vision and mission.
• Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning to customers; report any issues immediately.
• Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot by moving vehicles as directed and following dealership display standards.
• Transport vehicles between storage and service areas.
• Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when necessary.

Position Overview

This role collaborates daily with Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers. The goal is to maintain a clean, orderly facility and guarantee customer satisfaction with every service experience.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific working hours will be provided during the interview process.
