Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive advising experience.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Bridge the gap between shop and guest; explain repairs clearly.
• Maximize technician productivity by meeting and exceeding sales forecasts.
• Help guests prioritize essential services and provide options.
• Proactively update customers on completion times, costs, and changes in the repair process.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling like a VIP.
