Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome as they arrive in the service drive.
• Determine the reason for each customer's visit, confirm their appointment, and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Prep incoming service vehicles to keep the service bay workflow moving smoothly.
• Use scheduling software daily to check in customers and manage appointment flow.
• Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the service area, entrance, and exit for both customers and employees.
