Job summary

Subaru of Olathe, part of Baxter Auto Group, is hiring a Service Drive Attendant to greet customers, move and park vehicles, and transport cars to various locations around the dealership. You will contribute to a positive customer experience and have opportunities to grow into other automotive roles.

The role offers full-time hours from 7AM to 4PM, a competitive hourly wage of $18, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical plans, paid holidays, and educational reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the Service Department.
• Move, park and maneuver cars around the dealership.
• Transport vehicles to various locations including customers’ homes, the car wash, and detail department.
• Add to and improve the customer experience.
• Grow into other roles such as Service Advisor, Express Technician, Parts Advisor, or Sales Product Specialist.
