Air Comfort Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher in the New York area to keep our service operations running smoothly. You will coordinate requests, assign technicians, and keep clients informed as priorities shift.
Responsibilities include scheduling, route optimization, and maintaining accurate work orders while delivering exceptional client service. Experience in refrigeration, kitchen equipment, or HVAC is a plus, with a supportive team and growth opportunities.
Air Comfort Service Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to help keep our service operations running smoothly. We service commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems and need someone who understands the demands of a service business- keeping schedules organized, technicians supported, and clients informed.
As the central point of coordination between our clients, field technicians, and service managers, you will turn incoming requests into timely, well-coordinated service calls. Whether a restaurant’s walk-in refrigeration system goes down or a building loses heat, you will assess priorities, coordinate the right technician, and keep clients updated. Success requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Dispatching experience in refrigeration, food service equipment, or HVAC is welcome, and experience across more than one is a plus.
Join a growing company where your experience matters, your ideas are welcome, and your contributions directly shape how we serve our clients and support our team.
Experience in one or more of our service areas is welcome; experience in all three is not required.
At Air Comfort Service Group, dispatch is not a back-office job. It's the center of everything we do. You will work alongside skilled technicians and service managers who rely on you, and clients who count on us when their equipment can't wait.
If you are organized, take pride in great service, and want to be part of a team that values what you bring, we would love to hear from you.
