Service/Dispatch Coordinator – Cincinnati, OH
Job Opening for Service/Dispatch Coordinator – Cincinnati, OH

Summary:

Provide support in the service department while overseeing the rental fleet. Coordinate schedule updates and plan with the Service Manager to communicate with the field service team. Provide customer service by receiving service calls and coordinating responses to customer needs.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. In partnership with the Service Manager, oversee the service schedule and develop a plan for dispatching service technicians.
  2. Confirm that parts and tools are ready for jobs as outlined in the service schedule.
  3. Maintain the service follow-up list and track customer service requests.
  4. Oversee the process to ensure follow-up quotes are completed and scheduled.
  5. Communicate with technicians regarding parts needed/identification.
  6. Manage the process to quote air end rebuilds.
  7. Oversee the rental fleet and tracking process.
  8. Support the Service Manager in responding to technician requests and needs.
  9. Partner with Sales and Account Managers to provide information regarding customer service needs.
  10. Lead the process of daily PM parts pulling for the next day's service schedule.
  11. Serve as the primary customer service contact for answering department phone calls.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned to adapt to changing business conditions.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to track and organize information accurately using various software systems.
  • Self-sufficient in planning daily tasks and proactively communicating the status of service needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Pre-employment screening includes a background check and drug screen. A clean driving record is required.
