Job summary

Enable Ministry Partners is seeking a mission-minded Service Desk Technician to join our Nashville-area team. You will troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues, with a focus on customer care and effective communication.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing learning, and a client-first mindset in a growing IT services environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT support, strong MS 365 and AD/Entra ID skills, and experience with ticketing and Windows OS.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an IT support role resolving Tier I–Tier II tickets.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tasks and user/group management.
• Familiar with Active Directory or Entra ID and ticketing systems.
• Proficient with current Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for remote tech support and ensure reliable resolutions.
• Build client relationships through active listening and empathy.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and problem-solve efficiently.
• Explain complex tech concepts in simple terms for all skill levels.
